General Policy All sales are final. We do not accept returns, process exchanges, or offer refunds for change of mind or buyer's remorse, except as outlined below.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to have a great experience. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, we will make it right by processing a full refund. Please inspect your order upon reception. To report a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately at pawlines.store@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photos or a short video demonstrating the defect so we can resolve it promptly.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period Notwithstanding the above, if your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without a justification. To be eligible for an EU return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. To start an EU return, contact us at pawlines.store@gmail.com. (Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer).
Refund Process Once we have received your email (and the returned item, if applicable) and reviewed the request, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at pawlines.store@gmail.com.
